Comment: My kids love Camp Lingua! They have attended camp since they were 9 years old and now they are also loving the sleep away camp in Loxahatchee! My son also attends their riding clinic since he now enjoys dirt bike racing thanks to the wonderful Lingua staff that has introduced this new passion to him!

Comment: OMG! Camp Linga has to be one of the “BEST” camps in So. Florida! My grandson came home everyday totally exhausted from all the fun. After his nap, he would talk non stop about all of the different things he did, archery, fishing, slime and he LOVED his camp counselor Eggy. Not sure I’m saying his name correctly but that’s what Tyler called him. Lol. This is a “MUST” for any parent in search of a unique, fun packed and hands-on outdoor experience for their little on. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Comment: This summer camp is awesome! Our son has attended for the past two summers and looks forward to it. The entire staff is attentive, caring, and kind. Each child is known to the counselors, and they are very organized and offer a variety of activities to keep the children engaged. Our son gets home exhausted and a little dirty from being outside all day playing soccer & basketball, zip lining, fishing, canoeing, etc. Exactly what we want for him during the summer…more nature & fun, less stress & tech!

Comment: My 5 year-old daughter loved the camp. It provided her with many outdoor activities to include fishing, canoeing, horseback riding and much more. At some point during each week they have a “water-day” which is great to cool off the kids during the summer heat.The staff, CITs (counselor in training) and the director Luis were great and attentive. I will definitely recommend this camp to friends and family.Thank you and keep up the good work!

Comment: I am so happy my son had the opportunity to go to the sleep away West Palm beach camp. He had so much fun. Two weeks of so manny activities, horse back riding, biking, archery, swimming in lake, fishing, parties , making friends …. Etc. For what my son says, there was never a boring moment. Comment: There is not enough words to describe how amazing Camp Lingua is! My son just completed his first year of Micro School and to see how much he has learned as a 5 year old is incredible! Mrs. Kelly is the sweetest most nurturing teacher. All the teachers and staff work in unity to teach and help each child reach their potential. The activities the school plans and executes really prepare them for the real world. The kids all love each other like family. As a parent finding the right school is one of the most challenging tasks. My main drivers is keeping my kids safe from what now is too common in the news, secondly getting a great education while wanting to go to school. Camp Lingua provides both and much more! I recommend this school to all my friends and family!

Comment: My son had a blast last summer and hes coming back this year too! 😁 staff is really nice with kids and they have tons of activities!Only took away 1 star because the schedule is not flexible, if you need to pick up your kiddo early or drop them a bit late due to work or for a doctors appointment (or because we all just fell asleep that day! 😅), you need to send email, call, etc in advance! and even in those cases you might be waiting at the gate for a while until someone comes... not a big deal breaker but I do think they should have a better process in place, after all, its summer! not that the kids need to be in class and they are missing an important topic...

Comment: I was looking for an aftercare program that would pick up my child from school, let him play/get his energy out so I signed him up for sports club. My son adored it immediately! The first day I picked him up a little early and he told me to go back home and come back later, that’s how much fun camp lingua is! He loved it so much that I actually pulled him out of his school after the first two weeks and signed him up for their microschool. It is an incredible program and my son wakes up every day excited to go to school! (He was a school hater prior to joining the Lingua Academy Microschool). I feel like 8,000 pounds of stress has been lifted off my shoulders. My son struggles with adhd and hearing loss and he was having such a hard time in a traditional school setting. Camp lingua is the best investment I’ve ever made in my child. I’m forever grateful. ♥️

Comment: My 2 boys ages 12 and 9, were very hesitant about going to a new camp in the summer of 2021. That all changed very quickly. The first day they came home after camp, they couldnt stop talking about how much fun they had and they could not wait to go back. At camp Lingua The kids spent most of the time outdoors, playing, fishing, interacting with the farm animals, sharing stories with other campers, etc. etc. The entire staff was amazing. My boys had a blast at Camp Lingua! To me, it was worth every penny!

Some of these counselors are high school students and last time my kids were there she stated a little boy was getting beat up and no one was around supervising them. So please do your research. It’s an amazing place but they need to hire more people and people that are older. There were many times I went and saw counselors talking to each other and not paying attention to the kids.

The smaller class size allows for a lower student to teacher ratio, giving my son more confidence when asking questions, engaging in group activities, and plenty of opportunities for one-on-one time with his teacher. His teacher is passionate about engaging his interest and shares moments of pride when my son learns and grows. The school always has hands-on learning happening and STEM projects going on. The hands-on learning that takes place encourages my son to think outside of the box, explore problems and tools, and encourages interaction with nature to experiment and draw conclusions. Lingua also provides off-campus field trips, business fairs, holiday parties, winter gift shop, Lingua ranch market, pizza lunches, snow cone trucks, thanksgiving party, talent shows, barn care, building their own vegetable/herb garden, and that is only in the 3.5 months since the start of the school year. They also have a ton of afterschool activities to choose from.I love how involved the staff and owners are, and that they encourage parent participation and involvement as well. Lingua has been such a breathe of fresh air for our family!

He is always happy and we have never had a problem with him not wanting to go to school. If you want a homeschool, Montessori, and nature setting this is your place! This is THE PLACE where children can be themselves, Be FREE from all the pressure around us and have unique learning experiences. This is a non traditional school. This is for the free-spirited. I have not regretted making this decision. The staff is amazing, the facility well kept, and everyone makes you feel welcomed and treats you like family. You guys are a blessing!

Comment: Lingua Ranch/Academy has been a blessing. My husband and I knew that e-learning was not an option for our son, and when we heard about Lingua Academy it was a no brainer! Comment: Our kids ( 4 and 10 yo) went to Camp Lingua all summer and it was the best decision we could’ve made, especially during this different times.They were able to socialize while staying safe. Comment: My daughter had an awesome experience at Camp Lingua . This was her first summer attending and she loved it ! It’s not the typical camp experience I had growing up . She was able to interact with farm animals which was her favorite part as well as rock climbing , zipping lining and fishing .

Comment: I have had my daughter enrolled at the Camp Lingua Broward location for several years. She does both after care and summer camp. My main reason for enrolling her was the horses. She stays active and gets to ride a couple times a week and loves the other animals there too. She has always spoken positively about the staff as well. I like that they offer transportaion for school pick ups during the school year which was a must have for us.

They have chants, fun game days, field trips and most importantly exposure to a foreign language. I highly recommend camp lingua, my son talks about his summer camp experience year round 💞

Comment: My son had an excellent experience here. He was 5 when he started this summer and at first was not 100% all in because it was different from what he is used to at his school. It was the first time he was mixed in with so many older children. However Im really glad we stuck it out because it was a great leaning experience for him and it helped him gain more independence. Lingua is a safe environment with plenty of staff, and CiTs there to help you children. Yes, it is big, and yes there may be some miscommunications but all you have to do is speak with them and they are on it. I found the owner and camp director incredibly attentive to any concerns I had. By the end of camp my son was hugging CITs to say good bye and screaming their names out the window. He truly truly enjoyed himself here.He has learned more Spanish than any other program he has been apart of. Again at first immersion was tough for him but once I communicated with his teacher he was feeling a bit frustrated she knew exactly what to do and he was fine. He would come home singing Spanish songs and is still teaching me vocabulary words.As far as activities, my son is an outdoor child and this place was made for him. Soccer, basketball, archery, fishing, horseback riding, rock climbing on a tree, Gaga ball, and so much more he would tell me about. They would do special events, games and go on field trips.It was an enriching experience an we will definitely be back.If you are looking for summer camp or after school activities for your children I would not hesitate to send them here. The ranch in Broward is adapted for the comfort of the children and capable to offer full variety of activities outdoor and indoor. For the families is the best location. Comment: I was so hesitant to take my 4 year old out of his day care which he’s been since he was 6 months and let me just say I’m so glad we changed it up. He’s learning Spanish which is the reason why I made the change and is immersed in a ton of outdoor activities which we love! We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience thus far and definitely plan on coming back next summer, and well, winter session as well! Thank you for a wonderful experience while providing a safe environment for our kids!! 👍🏼

Comment: Camp Lingua is an awesome place. If I could I would rate them 10 stars. We were looking for a place where our son can be exposed to Spanish as much as possible (we dont speak Spanish but we would love for our 5 year old to learn Spanish). So, we came across this camp as a language school. We came to check it out and realized it is far more than just a foreign language school. We decided to enroll our son in their after-school care program. We made such a good decision. Not only does our son learn Spanish, they have so many activities for kids that are included in the monthly fee (like archery, horseback riding, fishing, Spanish classes), plus a many more other activities you can elect at a very reasonable price (martial arts, arts & crafts). Our son loves the camp so much that often he does not want to go home when we come to pick him up. The employees are really nice, attentive and caring. Kids love them. I think that this camp was opened recently so thee are not than many kids, which is surprising, given all the benefits this camp offers to students. We recommend Camp Lingua 100%.

I remember when I was looking for a camp that fulfilled what I was looking for for Armando, English and fun at the same time, and I found this wonderful @camplingua that has been a great life experience for my son, for 3 years, here my #dreampartner learns another language, rides horses, plays soccer, runs, plays everything, does paintball, goes for walks and most importantly makes new friends. Comment: My daughter is in the bilingual program in school and as we do not speak Spanish at home, Camp Lingua has offered a wonderful opportunity to learn through play over the summer. She enjoys the outdoor activities which nurtures a love for nature something we believe is important. She comes home singing in Spanish and the daily reports emailed to us serves as an effective way for us as non-speaking parents to reinforce what she learnt whilst making us part of the process. Kudos to Camp Lingua!

Comment: The camp is a wonderful facility with a wide range of outdoor and indoor activities. It is a wonderful place for your child to to spend the summer doing outdoor activities. Yes! Outdoors. They have archery, horseback riding and fishing and sports and so much more. Our son has thoroughly enjoyed it and hasnt once mentioned missing his pad or you tube. Imagine that. The staff is fun and they have language immersion. We get a daily update on his classroom progress and assignments. Highly recommend!

Comment: I posted a response on social media on a challenge I’m involved in called SEE, CHANGE,DO regarding an experience I had with Lingua. The post was by Julia Harper expressing how she wanted to learn Spanish. My response was, I have always struggled trying to learn Spanish and it has always resulted in discouragement and frustration. A couple days ago I was picking my daughter up from helping teach a Spanish class at Camp Lingua. As I walked up to the conversation Taylor and the teacher were speaking in Spanish. I entered the conversation and it continued in Spanish except I actually could understand and was participating. The teacher was speaking Spanish alongside translating it to English utilizing non verbal communication as well. It was amazing flowing so naturally. It was so welcoming I even learned a few words and did not want the conversation to end. You never would have imagined two languages were being spoken at the same time with the way the flow was moving. It was magical!I can not say enough of positive things regarding Camp Lingua and their ability to work with children as well as adults at embracing a different language right at the level the students are at learning the new language. Camp Lingua is definitely making a mark on the world for good by building bridges of inclusiveness of uniting languages. Thank you Lingua and keep up the good work!

Comment: Fantastic Summer Camp!I sent my daughter there for two weeks last year so she could work on her Spanish fluency and Camp Lingua did an awesome job with her.By the way, this camp offers an unique combination/mix of educational activities (language learning programs) and fun activities (games, field trips, sports, etc.) It really provides non stop action to all campers involved.Thank you Camp Lingua for a job well done!
