Comment: Robin has dedicated her life to other people’s horses and her own. It’s 100% necessary to create a safe environment for every horse, all guests and uphold rules that some people can’t follow. Robin’s up before the sun to feed horses. Then she welcomes her lesson clients and coaches kids and adults until it’s time to feed the horses again. And water. And then coach some more. And then more feed. More water. I’d say it’s sunrise to sunset, but it’s a lot more than that. It’s 365 days a year. The sport and the job is not for the weak. We’re sorry we’re not able to accommodate everyone, there’s a lot of factors that go into availability, including the horses health, schedule and weather. Speaking of weather, I woke up one morning during a hurricane and there was a horse in our house. She brought it in to protect it from the storm. Reading the keyboard warriors comments about the health of the horses here is comical. Hope everyone is having a great day, and we’ll see you at the farm.

Comment: I began riding at Cyr Point a little over 2 years ago after a 12ish year hiatus from the horse world. Getting back into riding as an adult was intimidating but Robin and everyone at Cyr Point made me feel so comfortable. Everyone is so supportive of each other regardless of age and/or skill level. When I was ready, Robin provided me the opportunity to lease one of her wonderful horses and has helped us grow as a pair. At Cyr Point, you not only get quality instruction and guidance from an experienced trainer but you also get to be welcomed into a great group of people.

Comment: My daughter has been riding at Cyr Point for almost 3 years. We had a friend that changed barns and raved about Cyr Point so we gave it a try and have never looked back. When starting at Cyr Point, she had some very basic skills from a previous barn. She had stopped progressing and needed some “retraining” of skills that she had been taught incorrectly. The trainers at Cyr Point have been great, showing lots of patience and encouragement. She has gone from being a lesson kid, one day a week, to leasing a beautiful boy and showing. It’s a tough sport, if you choose to go the competitive route and I couldn’t ask for a better coach for my girl! Her teammates are supportive and have become great friends. I couldn’t be more pleased with my daughter finding wonderful friends that share her love of riding.

Comment: Great environment for anyone interested in horseback riding. Friendly staff and a great place to meet new friends. Can’t say enough good things about the husband and wife that run the barn. Our daughter loves everything about this place!

Comment: In the summer of 2020, my daughter went on a trail ride in NC while on vacation and fell in love with horses. When we got home, I emailed & called around and we were fortunate enough to find Cyr Point Stables so close to home. My daughter started riding there with basic lessons and has been going there consistently ever since.About a year later we leased an amazing horse who taught my daughter a lot and now we own a pony. The best part - there was never any pressure to lease, buy or show. There was no pressure to buy a fancy saddle, have matching saddle pads or custom boots. Its clear that each rider has their own path and Robin works with each family individually.What makes this barn unique is the camaraderie between the families, the girls, the owner and staff. Everyone is friendly, helpful and never hesitates to lend a hand (at home or at shows). Theres always a full time cheering squad of pony parents who cheer for EVERY kid riding or competing regardless of their home barn.Ive even taken our Girl Scout Troop there to earn the Horseback Riding and Care badge - two of the girls loved it so much they STILL ride there today, nearly two years later.While I still dont know much about the equestrian world - I do know a lot about service and animal care. Anytime I have a question, Robin promptly answers and helps to continue to educate me on this crazy journey!I highly recommend this barn for kids & adults alike!

Cyr Point trainers are among the kindest and most supportive in the business and have NEVER shouted at kids at shows (or at the barn). Sadly, as many in the horse industry know, the business can be tough, and unfortunately some people resort to lies to discredit other trainers. I’ve been a client (board, lesson, and show) for eight years. It’s a wonderful barn. Moreover, the parents of kids at the barn would be the first to say that the trainers are kind and supportive—both at home and at shows. In fact, if you look at the reviews given by parents, you’ll see their happiness with how their children are treated at Cyr Point.My original review is below, and it’s still accurate———Cyr Point Stable is an excellent barn for boarding, lessons, and showing. The new facility is even more spacious than the first, and the horses get ample turnout time on the beautiful grounds. Owner and trainer Robin Cyr is a wealth of knowledge; I trust her completely with the care of my young warmblood mare.

Comment: My daughter has been horseback riding at Cyr Point for several years. We are delighted with the way she has progressed in her riding skills. She now competes in many of the horse riding competitions and has won several medals. Both Robin and Katie are fantastic trainers with years of experience. Cyr Point is the best riding facility we have found in Orlando!

Comment: Cyr Point Stables is a great place to board your horse. The facilities are great! Very clean and kept very well. And, everyone is so nice and helpful. I have my barn family too. The horses are taken care of as if they were their own horses. Whenever I am out of town, I never have to worry about my horse. If anything comes up with him, Robin is taking care of it immediately! She keeps in close contact with me. Robin is so knowledgeable and has years of experience with horses! I even started taking lessons and Robin is so patient with me and is very encouraging! I am extremely happy with my horse being at Cyr Point Stables!! Kelly

Comment: My daughter began riding at CYR point about a year ago. She had been with the same trainer/pony for three years learning horsemanship and foundations of riding but was ready to move up to the next level. We were both a little nervous about the transition but we couldnt be more happy with the change. My daughter has made great progress this year and was able to compete in her first show. Katie is a wonderful trainer and very patient, taking the time to explain things to both of us! We all love coming out to the barn every week, its a true family environment.
