Comment: Hilary is the consummate riding teacher in both knowledge and approach. And her passion and love for what she does is infectious! I am so grateful for what she has taught me this far, and I am so excited for all she will teach me - about horses, horsemanship, riding, farm life…! - going forward. She is an absolute joy, and I am grateful I found Lakey Farm. Highly recommended!

Comment: I’m so thrilled to be back in the saddle again. Due to life and health issues I hadn’t ridden in many years. I was concerned my physical limitations would make it impossible to ride again safely. Hilary listened to my concerns and created a safe encouraging environment to rebuild my riding confidence. I was so impressed with Hilary’s knowledge and ability to explain riding techniques. We laughed a lot as she corrected years of bad habits. Lucy my lesson horse was equally as patient and so fun to ride. Regardless of your riding style or experience level, I highly recommend Hilary and Lakey Farm for riding lessons.

Comment: Hilary is incredibly knowledgeable and a natural teacher! She works with the rider to find what learning style works best for them and the horse. Lessons with her are the perfect mix of challenging and fun. Regardless of your riding style or experience level, I cannot recommend this place more!

Comment: Ms. Hilary is an amazing teacher to my 6 year old, she is thoughtful and so so patient! My daughter lights up when she remember it’s time to see Ms. Hilary and have her riding lessons with Buddy.We are so grateful to have found a local place and a lovely family farm too!
