Comment: I had my wedding here at this beautiful venue last November of 2022, it was three days after a hurricane hit and they still managed to keep the place looking so beautiful, I also got to take photos with any animal on the farm I wanted , I chose the sloth of course! I would suggest anyone in the area come here and check it out. Were traveling from Canada and decided to pop in to the closest petting zoo. We lucked out haha. Oh and their emu likes to cuddle.

My six year old daughter enjoyed feeding the animals and they had some great food trucks there for the fall festival they were having that day.Pro tip: There are three sizes for animal feed. Comment: Visited here for a birthday party for a few close friends kids. Never been here before but very easy to find. Parking is on the grass and there is one road in and out so just be safe when coming in/leaving. Staff are very friendly and seem knowledgeable about their creatures and professional at all times. Theres work being done on the fencing and such but its out of the way and looks good. Animals look well cared for and it was fun to feed and pet some. The hay ride is a little short but I enjoyed the walking. My only real concern was the cows stepping in the trough to reach out for food. I know the creatures stand in it and thats normal, but I would have felt better if it was weighed down more where the cow didnt make it lift up. Just a personal preference for safety with the animals after having worked around horses in my childhood.

Comment: We took our kindergarten class from Viera Elementary School to Romelia Farms on a field trip this fall. It was so well organized, has friendly staff members, and is in a gorgeous location! The kids loved going on a tractor/hay ride, feeding the animals, and eating lunch in their event barn. They had a pumpkin patch set up and the kids enjoyed going on the see saws and playground area, too! Organizing the event was very easy. Jeremy and Lina were there to help through the entire process! We’re definitely planning another trip next fall! Parents, students and teachers have been raving about the great time they had!

Comment: Had the best time celebrating our 4 year old at the farm. The barn worked out perfectly for a close knit little birthday party and then we were able to spread out and enjoy the walking tour to visit the animals and play in the huge pumpkin patch. We even got to have a cool little tractor hayride back into the animal area. The day was just perfect! Thank you to all the super friendly staff for making his day even more special. We will surely be coming back to check on those sweet animals and have some more fun.

Comment: My wife and I celebrated our seven year wedding anniversary yesterday and we had an amazing time horseback ride with our tour guide Ella. This is my first time ever being on a horse and it was very relaxing And informative first ride for myself. Ella made it very comfortable and she was very supportive with me being a first time writer, and she allowed my wife who was a little more experienced to be more of an independent rider and have more autonomy with her horse. Overall, we can’t wait to come back and bring our daughter!!

Comment: One of the most unique farms in Florida. They definitely have many unique animals and seems to be very well taken care of. Tour guide is included in the ticket. The tour guide was very informative and knew facts about each animal. My husband loved petting the very friendly EMU. I would recommend wearing long pants to avoid mosquitoes, but overall a very fun experience getting to know more about these animals!

Comment: Such an awesome experience I’m so glad we found this place to stop at on the way down south! It’s totally worth the price and I definitely recommend getting the bigger bag of food if you’re an animal person because it’s super easy to go through it fast with how friendly all the animals are. I forgot what our tour guides name was but he was super knowledgeable and friendly. The area is very well kept and you can tell the animals are given great care around the clock. You don’t have to buy tickets online in advance but it of course just makes your arrival that much smoother. We even got to hold the 2 week old baby goat and I would’ve paid what we did for that moment alone! Keep up the great work, we will definitely be back!

The horse back ride was great for a first timer. Saw a few animals in the wild while on horse back. Comment: Weve heard lots of good things about this place and had to check it out to see if it met up to all the hype. We were very pleased with our visit. So welcoming, informative and friendly. You can tell all the animals there are well taken care of and loved. My 16 month old son had an absolute blast and loved the cows and goats the most. Despite us getting lost and wandering in towards the wedding barn( because Im blind and missed the entrance and came in through the exit lol) we called and they were more than helpful to guide us to where we were supposed to check in for the hayride. Our guide( Im terrible with names) was very patient and kind with us despite the hold up on the tour. We 100% recommend and will be back for more visits in the future! Also, Rodeo was my favorite. Be sure to check out this handsome little bull and his perfect pearly whites 😁

Comment: This is A HIDDEN GEM. Do not judge this book by its cover. The entrance is in a subdivision that you nearly miss but once you see the gravel road and 165 Gator Dr. you have found a 27 acre farm full of animals including some exotics and rescued animals. This farm is under new management and have really improved the service offerings and animal care. Its a beautiful piece of property and does not smell as bad considering in the very rear of the farm are many animals including camels,a kangaroo, horses (that you can ride by the way), goats, sloths and mini horses, peacocks and so much more. Think National Geographic and enjoy. The owner is super nice and has really done a great job with this farm. This farm serves as a wedding venue as well with a beautiful barn and his and hers wedding suites. The entire staff were so much fun. They took silly pictures with us and Brie was a really cool tour guide.

Not only is Romelia Farms an absolute beauty to explore, the animals are well taken care of, the staff are passionate and always ready to share their experience and teach you something special. My daughter is on week 8 at their summer camp and everyday I am blown away at the care & attention the counselors have with the children every day. And I feel very safe that my child is in good hands with not one worry. I searched everywhere in Brevard county for an appropriate summer camp, I had a few criteria for camp. I didn’t want the camp to be too crowded, I didn’t want her to be stuck inside all day, and I wanted her to have a fun education experience. She loves caring for the animals, getting to know all of their names and all the camp counselors and Lina are the most attentive and active in making summer camp at Romelia Farms something to always remember and cherish. Horse riding every Wednesday and water days that accompany pizza every Friday are obviously what she looks forward to most, but everyday is anticipated. So we already plan to come back next year!

Comment: The absolute best day ever, at the best venue we could have ever chosen! lina and jeremy were so helpful, kind, understanding and moved literal mountains for us on our big day! the venue itself is so beautifully set up and the surprise animal visits were just the cherry on top! our rehearsal dinner also took place here the night before and it went so smoothly! it was so nice to rehearse, set up the barn and then sit down with family and friends and have a good time before the big day ahead of us! there are not enough words i can put in this review to tell you how perfect our experience was! 11/10 would recommend this lovely venue, owned by an amazing couple!

We went on a last-minute day trip and it was so worth it.The farm is full of so many sweet, well-loved animals (farm and exotic) - they come right up to you for snuggles and treats. Comment: Spring break, Saturday, 2021. We expected it to be extremely busy and the horse riding was sold out before we arrived. There was also a wedding so you would imagine it would be so busy and messy that they wouldnt handle the volume well. Quite the contrary! There was still pony rides for the kids and the petting zoo. The staff was very friendly and our tour guide Jordan was all smiles. The play area for the kids at the wagon line was perfect to keep the kids distracted while we waited in line for the wagon to the petting zoo. There were so many cool animals to see, my favorite being the sloth, and my kids were super happy with the amount of interaction from the animals. Overall a great experience and a well run establishment. We will go back!!

Comment: The good: we got plenty of time to pet the animals. All the animals were friendly and my kids were very happy. We didnt had all the time we wanted to pet the animals but I didnt felt rushed either.The bad: this might be on me, I was under the impression that it was a walk as you please place instead of a guided tour. Maybe I didnt rear everything on the website, or maybe it wasnt clear enough. I dont think I read, I think I just looked at the pictures. But there were a few other families that like me, thought they. Old just go on their own. If it lack of description in the website get it needs to be addressed, but in all honesty, I didnt pay attention, I just looked at the pictures and read about the horse tours. So this one is on me but now you know.The ugly: honestly, nothing. I didnt see any actual food to buy for ourselves but I didnt go there to have lunch. I read many many many negative reviews about staff being mean and what not. That was not my experience at all. My kids(11 and 13) and me enjoyed it and had nothing negative to say about the place or the staff.Update: we did the horse tour after I wrote my initial review and we loved it. Comment: This place is a GREAT family place!! It is worth every penny! First they pick you up in the front on a tractor!! Wahoo, that is fun for anyone. The guide takes you around the property to stop at two magnificent 🐫 🐫 camels. We moved next to see bunnies, goats, cows, a Buffalo, a long horned cow, a kangaroo, emus, HUGE pigs, an ostrich, ducks, sheep, miniature ponies, rings tail lemurs. Its AMAZING!!Side noteWe purchased two of the large bags of food for our girls (6&8) for the future I feel like one bag would have been enough.

Comment: This place was so nice! Beautiful scenery and the horses were so beautiful! They have horses with very good temperaments, so even riders with no experience can ride too! And the instructor gives you a quick lesson on how to guide your horse. She knows the horses so well that shes able to match up the horses with the best temperaments to the least experienced riders(they all have very good temperaments, they just tend to eat the grass while were on the trail) I would 100% go back!

Comment: Had fun checking out all the animals. Was looking forward to the zebra...no zebra :(Was well organized and our tour guide was very informative and friendly. Was looking forward to BBQ and wine tasting but not currently open. There are horseback rides and a cool recycle playground. Bring wet wipes to clean your kids hands after feeding animals. Their store has some very impressive wood carvings and other gifts. They also sell wine made on the ranch. Overall, we truly enjoyed ourselves. Thank u Obloy family.

Comment: We took my grandson to this farm on a Saturday afternoon. It is run by a local family and very well kept. I used a Groupon which made the price unbelievable. Not that the prices to get in are high, they are not. We purchased our feed for the animals in the store and took our hayride to where the animals are housed. It’s not a large farm and not a great amount of animals but to a three yr old it was plenty. Our guide was Kila, she was friendly and knew so much about each and every animal you could tell she genuinely likes them. There is also wedding venue here that looks gorgeous, it was being prepped for a wedding as we rode by . The lights and archways were lit up we didn’t get to see inside but, the attention to detail was apparent. My Grandson also took a pony ride and he loved it the price again was amazing so it was easy to add the extra for him. If you have nothing to do on a sunny Saturday afternoon take a ride to see Dexter the crazy goat , or Zippy the zebra or maybe a pot bellied pig named Polly pockets is more your style. I enjoyed my afternoon here with my grandson .

Comment: This place was a blast, it was just my wife and I, it didnt feel rushed at all, you come to the petting zoo on a 3-5 minute hayride, and your guided through all manner of animals... camels, goats, donkey, miniature deer, rabbits, kangaroo, horses, sheep, lemurs, cows, bison, zebra, pigs, gators (not for petting), alpacas, more cows, tortoises, ducks, turkeys. So many critters buy the mega pack of food we almost had some left at the end, but mostly dust, feeding gators is meh for me, so we passed on that experience. A lot of young animals as of dec 2019.

I hung back in the back so I could catch up to the kids. The trail is very easy but has Florida views such as lakes and vegetation. Great horses. Even better staff. The petting zoo is a mush see with the baby animals. After the ride we grabbed a beer and yummy food.

There were no lines for anything. They have a bar. The property is huge. Met the owner and he is a super nice down to earth guy. The animals all looked well cared for and clean. The enclosures are large and the animals have room to play and get shade. The kids loved the entire day. They were blown away by all the species and things to do. The monster truck ride was a blast and the looks on the kids faces all day was worth any amount of money. We did everything there was to do , had lunch and a few cocktails all for about $200 for a family of 5 . You cant beat that!!!!

Comment: I took my 3 year old daughter and 12 year old niece. Our tour guide was Stacy (youre the bomb) and she was very nice and knowledgeable. The animals looked well cared for and were friendly.One of the donkeys accidentally nipped my daughters fingers when she was feeding it and started crying. Stacy and another staff member showed true concern. The other staff member was on a horse and came over to comfort my daughter. She said her horse heard her crying and the horse wanted to make sure she was ok. I thought that was very sweet.The only reason why Im giving it a 4 and not a 5 is because of the parking. There isnt much of it and there was a discarded commerical ice chest in a potential parking spot. Also no direction for traffic (exit/enter) in parking area.Other than that all the staff were friendly. We had a great time & we will be coming back.One year later we came back and still love this place. Our guide was ANA and she was great! She was very thoughtful and interacted well with the young kids. She made sure to remind us to hydrate and pointed out the shade so the young ones can cool off. She even shared her watermelon with the kids. THANK YOU ANA FOR THE AWESOME TOUR!!!

Comment: We booked a vain at the Obloy ranch via air B&B, we arrived after hours however we received directions of how to check in. The cabin was smallish, rustic but still very accommodating. We stayed in the rebel cabin, the cabin had 2 ac units, Wi-Fi, a decent sized tv, a small kitchen area, bathroom with a shower, the interior doors are barn style slider, one dog or bed, a sleeper sofa and 2 twin beds in the loft. Comment: This was more fun than I expected! Our family signed up for a horse trail ride and a petting zoo tour. The person managing the horses and trail ride was very understanding of our riding inexperience, and was careful to assign horses accordingly. The trail ride was pleasant, but if you are an experienced rider, it might be underwhelming. The petting zoo was full of rescued and surrendered animals that were well cared for. The guide that took us on the petting tour knew every animal by name, species and individual quirks! Before this family took the property over, it had been an alligator farm; they still care for the gators that were left. The entry point/storefront has snacks, drinks, and limited local goods. Tickets can be purchased online or at the petting zoo, but if you purchase anything on site, you will need cash. (An ATM machine is near the register.) The staff are very vocal about safety measures, particularly hydration---there is not a lot of shade when you are out on the property. Everyone working was very genuine, and super nice! Wheelchair accessible at the entry point, but unsure about the zoo; call ahead if you have mobility or access needs.

Comment: A must visit if you have kids that love outdoors and petting animals. Watch out for the big rooster, he will run after the little ones if they are scared. How do I know?😂 My 4yr old ran from him and it actually chased him around until my son tumbled on the ground (water bottle flying up in the air). Our tour guide had to shoo it off by throwing a water bottle at it. Wish I was video recording. 😂Theres a short hay ride (without the hay) in the beginning that takes you to where the animals are and then you walk around the rest, so bring comfortable shoes, hats, sunscreen etc.

They have the most massive a animal area just it in the natural whereyou can pet ALL sorts of animals such as: zebra, camel, cows, baby cows daddy bulls, get to see the Beautiful natural suite of a baby calf suckling at its mothers teet, alligators, MASSIVE tortoise, sheep, goat, they have peacocks, pigs, hogs, houses, donkies, ponies, I KNOW Im forgetting animals but there are really just a cornucopiaand large variety of animals you can interact feed pet and just interact with. The kids got to ride a horse which was cool.Other things they have there are horseback riding and a dune buggy type adventure they take you on. The have an Amazing bbq pit w Delicious bbq!! Im sure they have even more I dont even know about.This Is something that is SO worth checking out for the Entire family! I suggest going and give it a try for yourself and enjoy the best of nature.Im going to try the house back riding next time I go w the kids and fam. Comment: Quaint place, I enjoyed the hay ride, I love how you can interact with the animals, some goats and sheep roam around freely, trying to eat the treats you have for the animals. my son really enjoyed it. the trail rides arent for children under 10 so we couldnt go on one because my son is 3, we did the $5 horse rides which were fun too. our first time riding a horse was great. our tour guide, forgot her name, was very entertaining. I wouldnt suggest you go when its hot because we just wanted the tour to end, we were tired and sweaty. great place, Google maps sends you down the road from the actual location but the sign is clear so you wont get lost.

Comment: Saw a deal on Groupon for $10 for two people, regular admission is $12 per person so this was a steal. We bought a large bag of food, 7 cups, for $10 and had more than enough food for all of the animals. It isnt big like a zoo, but you get lots of personal one on one time with the animals. Some of them get to roam around for free, we were told these are the really well behaved animals, but you get to feed every animal you come across and get to let most of them. There were a few we couldnt pet because of the actual animal, like the peacock or the aggressive ones. We paid $5 for what i call am adult pony ride, you get on a horse and go down a trail and back, but plan on coming back for the horseback riding trail. We fished a little before the tour and about to go fish some more. The prices are VERY reasonable and the best for what you get. I recommend this for animal lovers, children, and anyone who wants some cheap fun. We had to wait an hour for a tour so they gave us the feeding and horseback ride for a discount when we paid for the fishing rod rentals and bait.

Comment: Petting zoo was so much fun for our family! We were going to have to wait for Close to an hour for another group to finish but Danny took us out special so we would not have to wait, did a great job showing us around!The tractor takes you to the animals and back and you walk around to pet them. Theres not much shade so be prepared for that. It took us about an hour total and that felt like the perfect amount of time.Also really respected that the animals are all rescues!

Comment: We visited Romelia as a family for our friends sons birthday, it wasnt a booked party we just paid our way to celebrate with him. I was able to book our tour, fill out waivers and pay ahead for a small bag of feed online which was a huge time saver. The small bag of feed was plenty for my 3 year old, he had such a great time feeding the animals and petting a few, our favorite was getting to interact with a sweet baby goat. Listen closely to your tour guide, they will tell you which animals arent safe to feed or those on special diets that cant eat the feed. My son enjoyed playing in the tire play area when the tour was over. We really had a great time.My only con, there is only one set of single bathrooms by the check in office. The sink in the ladies room didnt have the best water pressure, and there wasnt a hand washing station near the animals. Thankfully we had wipes and hand sanitizer on hand but a hand washing station near the animals would have been awesome.
