Comment: My daughter has been riding at Urban Arabians for almost a year. It is so much more than a barn…it’s a place that welcomes beginners to National champion riders. The owner/trainer, Mikey, treats everyone like family and treats the horses (who are family to us owners) like “the kings/queens they are”!

Comment: Words can’t express how much gratitude I have for Mikey Ancheta, owner of Urban Arabians. He has provided me with such great experiences despite being a very nervous and reluctant first timer around horses.The love and passion for what he does is so evident that it has given me such a sense of safety and confidence as a novice rider.I would like to add that my experience goes beyond riding.He has created an environment that is so welcoming! Upon entering the gates you are greeted by “Pinky” and “Twinkie”, two Pot Belly pigs and “Duke”, a Great Dane. Laughter echos down the walk way of the stable from the riders, as they assist each other with their horses. Camaraderie is seen from both riders and parents of riders alike.It is this sense of family that keeps me coming back!Thank You, Mikey Ancheta.

Comment: This review comes from a real client. Not from friends of an old client trying to lower urban arabians rating, just because they have nothing better to do. Urban Arabians is the best barn in Miami. My daughters both ride with Mikey and they have improved their riding tremendously. I see progress on a weekly basis. The horses are well cared for and the stalls are clean. Mikey is a professional who will do whatever it takes to keep his horses and riders safe. I am so happy that we found Mikey. Mikey, thank you for everything you do.

My nieces and nephews are learning to ride at his ranch. He is great with children, patient and gentle with the animals. They really love it and can’t wait to go back again.

Comment: Best trainer ever. Took my unconfident baby and turned him into a superstar. I can’t post a photo on this review but my babes is in just plates and less than 4 months at Mikey’s farm! Anybody can make a review, but can you make up these results?!?! I could send my horse to anyone in the country and I have chosen MIKEY because he LOVES his horses. The happiest 5 year old English junior horse I know!

Comment: Urban Arabians is the best place I could have chosen to keep my horses. The owner, Mikey, is extremely caring and will always go above and beyond for every animal under his care. I love the quality of shavings and that my horses are fed 3x a day. Not only is the care phenomenal, but the training as well. Mikey has amazing talent and if you are dedicated to the show life, he will take you to the winners circle. Highly recommended facility for anyone looking to compete in the Arabian circuit!
